The Cardinal Preschool held its first Cardinal Sports Day on February 10th, 2023. The event was a big success.
Our young athletes were allowed to shine and showcase their enthusiasm for outdoor sports.
The primary goal of any sport a child participates in during their formative years should develop their motor skills.
Furthermore, a well-organized race will aid in the children’s cognitive development by helping them to hone their reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Young children benefit significantly from participating in Sports Day because it helps them realize early on that sports and games are an everyday part of life.
Our young learners learned that sports are not a gaol or a finish line; it gave them first-hand experience of the race, including what it is like to take part in it, what it is like to stumble and get back up, in order to cross the finish line and complete their race.
The children in our preschool program also learned the importance of following the rules and instructions, being fair to one another, working together as a team, and what it means to win and lose, which are essential life skills in order for them to be successful in being in their future years.
Kids enjoyed Cardinal Sports Day along with the parents and teachers.
It was a delight to watch the pre-schoolers celebrate their growth and togetherness.
Thanks to everyone for making our first Cardinal Sports a smashing success.
